OUR STORY

A little more about
Still & Clear.

A fresher kind of everyday.

Built around a
better question.

Still & Clear is a home-care concept that starts by asking which tasks make the most difference to the people who live in a space. The project replaces vague checklists with agreed priorities, clear exclusions and a practical routine.

Make home care predictable, respectful and easy to understand, while choosing methods appropriate to each surface.

Our editorial approach is to explain the decisions behind a service, including the constraints and questions worth asking. This concept is designed to show how an independent business could present that work with clarity.

THE PRACTICAL SIDE

Care for the surface. Respect the home.

NOTE 01

Different surfaces need different care

An acidic product that works on one fitting can damage natural stone. Abrasive pads may mark polished surfaces, and excessive moisture can affect some timber finishes. Follow product labels and manufacturer care guidance. Never mix cleaning chemicals. Where the material is unknown, agree an appropriate test area or refer the task to a specialist rather than assume a stronger product is the answer.

NOTE 02

A good visit starts before arrival

An agreed checklist should identify priority rooms, fragile objects, access arrangements and anything the cleaner should avoid. Tell the provider about pets, relevant allergies and products that must not be used. Cleaning and decluttering are different tasks: clear surfaces generally make planned cleaning more effective. Keep keys and access codes in a secure process agreed with a verified business, not in a public contact form.

NOTE 03

What a checklist can and cannot promise

A detailed checklist helps people understand the scope, but it should also state exclusions. High-level work, mould remediation, pest treatment, specialist restoration and hazardous waste need suitable expertise. A routine clean should not be described as disinfection or sterilisation without evidence of the relevant process. Review the plan after the first visit and adjust frequency according to how the space is used.
